How do I receive my monthly bill?

We’ll send you an email every month to notify you that your bill has been generated and is ready to view. The email will contain a link to view your bill, which directs you to your online account. You will need to log into your online account to view your bill.

Please note that we only offer e-billing.

If for any reason you do not receive your bills every month, please contact our customer care team either by e-mail, or telephone. Please be sure to also check that you have allowed Flogas mail to your inbox and not to junk mail.
