The head of Flogas Energy, Nicky Bannister, has presented £200 in vouchers to Leicester man Greig Spencer after he won a competition to mark the relaunch of the business mains gas company.
Greig was picked at random as part of Flogas Energy’s #energytogether Twitter Competition which asked people to name the two figures they would like to see work together to make the ultimate business partnership.
His winning suggestion was Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres: “They could do a talk show about the business and give it some marketing,” Greig tweeted.
Nicky said: “I’m thrilled Greig helped us to celebrate the relaunch of Flogas Energy by taking part in our #energytogether Twitter campaign.
“People from across the country took part and and we’re particularly delighted someone so close to our headquarters was picked, at random, as the winner.
“These are really exciting times for Flogas Britain and Flogas Energy as we draw on our extensive energy expertise to deliver an even more effective and efficient mains gas service for our business customers.”
Last month, Flogas Energy relaunched its website to make it even easier for both new and existing customers to manage their supplies, contact their account manager and find out more about what’s on offer.
Flogas Energy is a division of Flogas Britain Limited, which is part of the multi-national DCC PLC. It has been providing highly competitive fixed price mains gas for businesses since 2015, building on the experience gained from Flogas Britain, which has been supplying off-grid energy for customers across Britain for over 30 years.
